Custom Faux Leather & Suede Laser Etched

Using the latest laser etching technology we can easily provide high quality detail on decorative materials such as faux leather and suede. These materials are made from eco-friendly synthetic materials that mimic the look and feel of genuine leather and suede. Laser etching is used to achieve varying depths for your custom design to create stunning textures. These patches are lightweight, able to achieve high detail, and are available in a variety of stock colors.

Material Types:

Faux Leather – This material is produced by combining multiple layers of synthetic fabrics and polyurethane sheets. Our faux leather mimics the texture and look of genuine leather very accurately. This product can be used for embossing/debossing, laser etching and/or printed on. We offer a variety of different colour combinations.

Suede – Soft and supple texture made from fine micro denier polyester fibers, giving the material a light weight while maintaining the look and feel of suede. Simulated suede is used for laser etching and comes in many different colors.

PU – Comes in a various number of vivid colours. It is eco-friendly and wash resistant.

Production Time:

7 – 10 business days (After pre-production approval and up to 300 pieces)

Border Options:

Laser Cut – No border or etched border. Cut to shape.

Backing Options:

Heat Seal – Can be used to easily apply patches onto apparel with a heat press.
Pressure Sensitive (Stick-On) – Used for easy application onto hard goods. (example: helmets, tumblers, etc.)
