It starts with digitizing the file to perfection. Our team spends a valuable amount of time on digitizing each file to achieve the highest embroidery qualities. Our threads used in our top quality machines are nothing but the best in the market. We can Pantone match your colours to the right thread and achieve amazing results backed by our experienced embroiders.
We can do the following on any patches:
- Merrowed Border
- Sew on Backing
- Adhesive back (heat apply only) applied
These patches give a high-quality look achieved from direct embroidery without using the traditional direct embroidery method. This style of emblem is timeless and has a very classic look. Using the latest embroidery machines and top quality ISACORD threads on imported high quality fabric bases, we can create extremely high-quality embroidered emblems that sets us apart from the market.
Material Types (Embroidered Patches):
Twill – 100% polyester twill available in multiple stock colours (refer to swatches).
Production Time:
7 – 10 business days (After pre-production approval and up to 300 pieces)
Border Options:
Laser Cut – No border or printed border. Cut to shape.
Satin Border – This border can be utilized onto any shape. Can be easily custom fit onto your unique custom shaped designs.
Backing Options:
Heat Seal – Can be used to easily apply patches onto apparel with a heat press.
Pressure Sensitive (Stick-On) – Used for easy application onto hard goods. (example: helmets, tumblers, etc.)
