Accepted Artwork
- Vector Files: AI, EPS, PDF (preferred for clean, scalable designs)
Note: Artwork stroke thickness should be at least 0.05” for optimal clarity and detail.
Size
- Minimum Size: 1” x 1”
- Maximum size: 14” x14”
Limitations
- Artwork Stroke: For clarity, all text and artwork strokes must be at least 0.04” thick. Thin strokes smaller than this may not transfer clearly or may result in imperfect edges.
- Size Restrictions: Minimum size is 1” x 1”; custom sizes are available within certain production parameters.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the fabric for 5-10 seconds to ensure smooth application.
- Set Heat Press to 320°F (160°C).
- Press the Patch on the fabric for 15 seconds on the front, then flip the garment and press for another 15 seconds on the back for full adhesion.
- Allow it to cool before handling to ensure durability and secure attachment.
