Embroidered Hand Cut Emblems also known as PennBroidery® Appliqué Emblems or Laser Cut, have a simulated look to direct embroidery with the ability to have cut outs within the emblem itself while also being more cost effective.

Emblem Dimensions:
- Minimum emblem size: 2” x 2”
- Maximum Size: 11” × 11”
Limitations:
- Colour Range: Limited to stock faux suede colours.
- Heat Sensitivity: Not recommended for delicate fabrics that cannot withstand heat press.
- Colour Limitation: Best suited for 2 colour logos
Accepted Artwork :
- Vector Formats: AI, EPS, PDF
- Colour Mode: CMYK
- Detail Guidelines: Clean lines, defined shapes, text ≥ 0.01” stroke width
- Outline Text: Outline all text by selecting the “ ” icon while all text is highlighted. This ensures that the correct font type is used
- Use 0.25 mm (0.01”) or thicker lines for consistent visibility.
Use clean, defined lines. Fine text should be at least 0.01” thick for readability.
