- Maximum Size: 5” × 5”
- Large Sizes: Inquire for larger sizing
Limitations:
- Small Text: May lose clarity under – 0.5mm line thickness / 2mm height.
- Gradients: Best reproduced on patches 1.5” or larger
- Fabric Compatibility: Some backings may not suit delicate or stretchy fabrics.
- Colour Reproduction: Textured surfaces may slightly alter colour fidelity

Detail Guidelines: Clean lines, defined shapes,

Stroke Size:
- Minimum: 0.25 points (0.09 mm)
Text:
- Convert to outlines
- Minimum size: 6 points
Bleed and Safe Area:
- Bleed: 0.125 inches (3 mm)
- Safe Area: 0.125 inches (3 mm) from edges
File Naming:
- Use descriptive names (e.g., Company_Project_Date.ai)
