Accepted Artwork
- Vector Files: AI, EPS, PDF (preferred for clean, scalable designs).
- Raster Files: PNG, JPG (300 DPI minimum for detailed printing).
Note: Artwork should maintain a stroke thickness of at least 0.04” for optimal clarity and detail.
Size
- Minimum Size: 1” x 1”
- Maximum Size: 7” x 7” (up to 49 sq inch)

Limitations
- Artwork Stroke Thickness: Ensure all text and design strokes are at least 0.03” thick for clarity and precision.
- Size Restrictions: Minimum size is 1” x 1”; custom sizes beyond the maximum dimensions require special production approval.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
- Set the heat press to 300°F – 305 300°F with medium pressure (60–70 psi).
- Position the Reflective Transfer patch on the fabric.
- Press for 10-12 seconds on the garment.
- Allow the patch to cool before handling.
- Leave the garment undisturbed for 24–48 hours for best adhesion.
