Emblem Dimensions:
- Minimum emblem size: 2” x 2”
- Maximum Size: 5” × 5”
- Large Sizes: Contact for bigger sizing
Limitations:
- Small Text: May lose clarity under – 0.5mm line thickness / 2mm height.
- Gradients: Best reproduced on patches 1.5” or larger
- Fabric Compatibility: Some backings may not suit delicate or stretchy fabrics.
- Color Reproduction: Textured surfaces may slightly alter colour fidelity
- Base Color: Limited to silver reflective; other tones appear through print.

File Naming:

Specify the fabric or material type and attach a color swatch if necessary.
