Backing options
Heatseal
Permanent attachment with heat. Simply use a heat press for 15-20 seconds at 320°F (160°C) for durable adhesion to fabric.
Velcro
Provides the ability to easily attach and detach the patch from fabric. Perfect for tactical gear, uniforms, or any item requiring a reusable patch.

Pressure-Sensitive
Peel-and-stick backing that provides easy application without heat. Ideal for temporary placements or for fabrics that cannot withstand heat.

Accepted Artwork
- Artwork Stroke Thickness: All text and design strokes must be at least 0.03” thick to ensure clarity in the final product.
- Size Restrictions: The minimum size is 1” x 1”; any custom sizes beyond the maximum may require special production approval.
Size
- Minimum Size: 1” x 1”
- Maximum Size: 5” x 5” (up to 25 sq inch)

Limitations
- Artwork Stroke Thickness: Ensure all strokes and text are at least 0.03” thick for optimal clarity in print.

- Stock Color Options: Limited to available reflective silver for printing.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the Fabric:
Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and ensure a smooth surface for the emblem. - Set the Heat Press:
Set the heat press to 320°F (160°C) with medium pressure (60–70 psi). - Position the Glow in the Dark Emblem:
Place the emblem in the desired position on the garment. - Press the Emblem:
Press for 15 seconds on the front side to ensure a secure attachment. - Cool Down:
Allow the emblem to cool before handling.
Post-Application:
Let the garment sit undisturbed for 24–48 hours to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
Washing INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your custom patches looking fresh and vibrant, follow these care instructions based on the patch type.
General Patch Care Guidelines:
Turn Inside Out – Always turn garments inside out before washing to reduce friction.
Use Mild Detergent – Harsh chemicals can damage colors and fabric.
Avoid High Heat – Heat can weaken adhesive backing or distort the patch shape.
