The Digiprint Stock Twill Patch is a premium patch solution designed for those seeking high-definition, detailed artwork on durable, versatile fabric. Using a pigmented ink printing process, these patches provide rich, vibrant colors and precise details, even on smaller patch sizes. This method ensures that fine lines, small text, and intricate designs are printed with exceptional clarity, giving your artwork a sharp, professional look.
Accepted Artwork
To ensure optimal print quality, we recommend submitting high-resolution artwork files.
- Vector formats: AI, EPS, or PDF (vector files)
- Accepted raster formats: PNG or JPEG (300 dpi minimum)
- Color Format: CMYK (for accurate color reproduction)
- PMS Color Matching: If color matching is required, please provide the PMS color code.
For the best results, ensure your artwork includes clean lines and well-defined elements, especially when using small text or detailed graphics.

- Standard Size Range: Custom sizes available, but recommended sizes start from 1”x1” and can go up to 5”x5” or larger, depending on the design.
- Ideal for Small Patches: Thanks to the high-definition printing process, even small patches maintain excellent detail and clarity.

BACKING OPTIONS

Heatseal
Permanent attachment with heat. Simply use a heat press for 15-20 seconds at 320°F (160°C) for durable adhesion to fabric.
02.
Pressure-Sensitive
Peel-and-stick backing that provides easy application without heat. Ideal for temporary placements or for fabrics that cannot withstand heat.
- Note: Not available for Patch with Satin Border
03.
Velcro
Provides the ability to easily attach and detach the patch from fabric. Perfect for tactical gear, uniforms, or any item requiring a reusable patch.

Satin Border
A smooth, satin edge that creates a polished, refined finish. Please provide the ISACORD thread code for the border stitching.

No Border
The patch is precision cut using laser technology, creating a clean, sharp edge without any stitching. This option offers a sleek, modern look with a more subtle, seamless finish.

Limitations
- Limited Color Options: Stock Flock patches are made from pre-dyed fabrics, so custom colors may not be available.
- Design Complexity: Fine details or small text may not be as sharp, especially at smaller sizes.
- Heat Sensitivity: Not ideal for heat-sensitive fabrics that can’t withstand heat press applications.
- Wear Over Time: Frequent washing and heavy use may cause fraying, especially without edge stitching.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Heat press Application
- Preheat the fabric for 5 seconds to remove wrinkles.
- Set Heat Press to 320°F (160°C), 60-70 psi pressure, and 15-20 seconds time.
- Position the Patch on the fabric, ensuring smooth alignment.
- Apply Heat Press for the set time, applying even pressure.
- Cool for a few seconds, then remove the backing and let the patch cool completely before handling.
- Inspect the patch to ensure a secure bond. Repress if necessary.
Sew-On Application Instructions (Embroidery Machine)
- To securely attach your patch to the garment, we recommend using one of the following stitch types
Runstitch
- Use a simple, straight stitch along the edges of the patch.
- Ideal for a clean, basic attachment.
Zigzag Stitch
- Use a zigzag stitch along the perimeter of the patch for extra durability and to prevent fraying.
- This stitch provides a bit of flexibility and a stronger hold.
Satin Stitch
- A dense zigzag stitch that covers the edge completely, giving a smooth, polished finish.
- Ideal for decorative patches or when a more refined look is desired.
Thread Selection
For the best results, we recommend using Isacord thread due to its durability and smooth finish.

Instructions
To securely attach your patch to the garment, follow these steps:
- Use an embroidery machine for the best results.
- Perform a run stitch to outline the patch placement on the garment.
- Spray temporary adhesive on the back of the patch.
- Place the patch onto the outlined area on the garment.
- Perform a zigzag stitch to attach the patch securely.
- Finish with a satin stitch around the edges for a polished and durable look.
