Accepted Artwork
- Vector Files: AI, EPS, PDF (preferred for precise, scalable designs).
- Raster Files: PNG, JPG (300 DPI minimum for detailed printing).
Note: Artwork should maintain a stroke thickness of at least 0.03” for crisp, detailed output.
Size
- Minimum Size: 0.75” x 0.75”
- Maximum Size: 5” x 5” (up to 25 sq. Inch)

Limitations
- Artwork Stroke Thickness: Ensure all text and design strokes are at least 0.04” thick for optimal clarity and definition.
- Size Restrictions: Minimum size is 0.75” x0.75”; designs beyond maximum dimensions are subject to special production approval.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Temperature: 320°F (160°C)
- Pressure: 60–70 psi (Medium)
- Timing: 5 sec pre-press followed by 20 sec press on reverse then top side
- Please remove plastic backer before pressing. Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds
- to remove moisture. Place patch onto desired location with heat-proof tape and
- press on reverse side first for 20 seconds. Flip garment over and press once more
- on top side for 20 seconds. Remove pre-mask once heat-pressing is completed.
- Heat-proof tape is recommended for unique placements
- Silicone/Parchment paper is recommended to use in order to protect the garment from ink transfer
- Leave garment for 24–48 hours for best adhesion
