Heatseal
Permanent attachment with heat. Simply use a heat press for 15-20 seconds at 320°F (160°C) for durable adhesion to fabric.
Pressure-Sensitive
Peel-and-stick backing that provides easy application without heat. Ideal for temporary placements or for fabrics that cannot withstand heat.

Accepted Artwork
To achieve the best results, please provide artwork in the following formats:
- Vector Files: AI, EPS, PDF (preferred for clean, scalable designs)
- Raster Files: PNG, JPG (minimum 300 DPI for high-quality output)
Size
- Minimum Size: 1” x 1”
- Maximum Size: 5”x 5” (up to 25 sq inch)

Limitations
- Artwork Stroke Thickness: Ensure all strokes and text are at least 0.03” thick for optimal clarity in print.
- Size Restrictions: Minimum size is 1” x 1”; custom sizes larger than the maximum (5” x 5”) require special approval.
- Stock Color Options: Limited to available reflective silver for printing.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Garment:
Set the heat press to 305°F (150°C). Pre-press garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. - Position Emblem:
Place the printed reflective emblem on your garment or surface. Secure with heat-resistant tape if needed.

⦁ Time: 10 -12 seconds - Post-Press:
Carefully peel away the carrier sheet while the emblem is still warm. Allow the patch to cool before handling.
Washing INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your custom patches looking fresh and vibrant, follow these care instructions based on the patch type.
General Patch Care Guidelines:
Turn Inside Out – Always turn garments inside out before washing to reduce friction.
Use Mild Detergent – Harsh chemicals can damage colors and fabric.
Avoid High Heat – Heat can weaken adhesive backing or distort the patch shape.
