Limitations

  • Small Details: Achieving high-quality embroidery on designs with details smaller than 0.003″ thickness or 4 pt font can be challenging. Fine lines or intricate details may not translate well due to the limitations of embroidery stitching.
  • Fabric Sensitivity: Twill is durable, but excessive wear, moisture, or friction may affect the longevity of the embroidery.
  • Design Complexity: Extremely fine details or very small text may not translate well into embroidery. It’s best suited for designs with clear outlines and bold elements.
  • Color Limits: While embroidery threads come in a wide range of colors, the number of thread colors may be limited by the patch size or design complexity.
