Accepted Artwork

To ensure your designs look their best, please submit artwork in the following formats:

  • Vector Files: AI, EPS, PDF (preferred for scalable and clean designs)
  • Raster Files: PNG (300 DPI minimum for detailed printing)
  • Color Format: CMYK (for accurate color reproduction)
  • PMS Color Matching: If color matching is required, please provide the PMS color code.

Note: Text and design strokes should be at least 0.03” thick for optimal clarity in the final print.

Limitations

Fabric Compatibility
While DTF works on most fabric types, results may vary depending on the material. Please test on specialty fabrics for optimal adhesion and performance.

Color Accuracy
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the fabric color and texture. We recommend testing the transfer on the specific fabric for best color representation.

Size Restrictions
Custom sizes beyond the standard roll dimensions may require special production approval. Please contact us for any non-standard size requests.

Heat Press Settings
The ideal press time, temperature, and pressure can vary depending on fabric type and design complexity. Follow application instructions carefully for optimal results.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Temperature:
Cotton – 320°F (160°C) | Polyester – 270°F (133°C) | Dry Blend – 285°F (141°C)

Pressure: 70–80 psi (Heavy)

Timing: 5 sec pre-press followed by 8 sec press with film and without film

  • Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture. Place transfer onto desired location and press for 8 seconds.
  • Remove film and press
    once more on top for 8 seconds.
  • Heat-proof tape is recommended for unique placements
  • Silicone/Parchment paper is recommended to use in order to protect the garment
  • Leave garment for 24–48 hours for best adhesion

Please do a test sample before proceeding with full production as application settings will vary on different fabrics & apparel
