product description
Digistitch Hybrid is a cutting-edge combination of sublimation printing and embroidery. By merging these two processes, we can achieve rich color detail with the precision of embroidery. The sublimation process is used for vibrant, full-color printing on the fabric, while embroidery adds texture, depth, and durability to the design. Soft twill fabric serves as the base, offering both structure and a smooth surface for the best of both worlds. Perfect for designs requiring detailed imagery and added texture.

Limitations
- Design Complexity: Combining both sublimation and embroidery may not be suitable for designs with extremely fine details or very small text (less than 4pt).
- Size Restrictions: Maximum size for Digistitch Hybrid patches is 7” x 7”. Larger designs may compromise the quality of the sublimated print or embroidery stitching.
- Fabric Limitations: Soft twill works best with this hybrid process; other fabrics may not achieve the same level of color vibrancy or embroidery clarity.
